Indoor lighting is now dawning, policy and price are key in 2011

In 2010, subject to the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” energy conservation and emission reduction targets, most of the industrial parks in China experienced the situation of limited power production and limited production. There was a hot situation in which some enterprises in the park competed for LED fluorescent tubes. As the world's largest producer of energy-saving lamps, about 80% of China's energy-saving lamps are used for export. Therefore, due to the recovery of market demand in Europe and the United States, since the end of last year, the export orders of domestic LED lighting companies have increased every month. Some enterprises have exported more than one-third of the total export of LED products, and LED lamps are exported. The amount has increased by more than 100% compared with previous years.

The biggest news of LED indoor lighting in 2010 is that the general manager of Sanan Optoelectronics, Lin Kezhen, told the industry at the new product launch conference held in Shenzhen: "At the end of next year, the price of LED bulbs per watt will drop to 1 US dollar, and this is also This means that the LED lighting application market will expand rapidly.” This also means that the price of 3W LED replacement bulbs will drop below 20 yuan (this is almost the same as the price of 9W energy-saving fluorescent lamps currently on the market). Subsequently, He Wenming, chairman of Fujian Zhongke Wanbang Optoelectronics, publicized that the price of LED bulbs per watt of Zhongke Wanbang will drop to 0.7 US dollars per watt before the end of 2011, which is 30% lower than the one dollar per watt claimed by Sanan Optoelectronics.

At present, urban commercial lighting is still the best entry point for LED indoor lighting. Although the metal halide lamps, fluorescent lamps and energy-saving tubes, which are inherently highly efficient, cannot be completely replaced from the perspective of lighting design, the market still expects them. If the local government's energy-saving and emission reduction targets are linked to the lighting of urban public and commercial places, and not only limit the power-limited production to industrial power, the LED production capacity will be released in the future, which will trigger a new round of indoor lighting market growth.

Established in 1956, during the China first five-year-plan, Henan Xintaihang Power Source Co., Ltd. (Factory No.755) was the first R&D and manufacturing enterprise in China in the field of alkaline storage batteries and modular power system and it was also the military factory which owned the most varieties rechargeable batteries in domestic. Taihang was located in national Chemistry and Physicals Power Source Industrial Park, Xinxiang City, Henan, China.
